Returns of research compounds are limited. This policy is in addition to mandatory rights under EU consumer law.
1. Sealed, unopened items
Opened items cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened items in original packaging may be considered within 14 days after delivery. Contact us before returning anything. Returns are sent by mail and we refund the return postage.
2. Damaged or incorrect shipments
Notify us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos when a parcel is damaged or contains the wrong item. We will arrange a replacement or refund without charge.
3. Lost shipments
If tracking has not progressed for more than 14 days, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed losses are replaced or refunded.
4. Requesting a return
Email info@vitalitypeps.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Crypto refunds use the same asset at the network rate at refund time. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under EU or national consumer law.
