    Privacy Policy

    Vitality Peps collects only the data an order needs: name, email, phone, delivery address and order contents, plus payment references and security logs. Card details are never stored. Data is processed inside the European Union under the GDPR, and you can request access, correction or deletion at any time.

    Vitality Peps is the controller of personal information collected through vitalitypeps.com. We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

    1. Data we collect

    • Order data: name, email, phone, shipping address and order contents.
    • Optional account data: email, hashed password and order history.
    • Payment metadata: invoice identifiers and transaction hashes. We do not store card data.
    • Technical data: IP address, device, browser and security logs.
    • Messages you send to us.

    2. Legal basis

    • Contract performance to process and ship an order.
    • Legal obligations for accounting, tax and records.
    • Legitimate interests in fraud prevention and service security.
    • Consent for optional cookies and marketing communications.

    • Process, fulfil and ship orders.

    4. Sharing

    We share data only with processors needed to operate the service, including hosting, backend, shipping, payment and communication providers. They are bound by appropriate agreements. We never sell personal data.

    5. Retention

    Order and accounting records are retained as required by law, generally 6 to 10 years in the EU. Account data remains until deletion is requested. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

    Necessary cookies keep the cart and session working. Analytics and marketing technologies are loaded only after consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through cookie settings.

    8. International transfers

    When data is transferred outside the EEA, we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
