Will my parcel be held by customs?
No. The Netherlands and Belgium are in the EU and the shipment leaves from inside the EU. There is no import clearance, no import VAT afterwards and no customs declaration for you. Do you provide a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch is tested by Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory. The batch number, test date and measured purity (HPLC) are shown on the product page; the full report is in the lab reports. How to check a COA: compare the batch number on the vial with the report, look at the purity and the test date, and check that the report names the correct peptide.
Does the right of withdrawal apply?
Yes. You have 14 days for sealed, unopened items. Return postage is refunded. Damaged or wrong items: report within 48 hours with photos and we replace them free. Details are on the returns page.
What do the IGJ and the FAGG say?
In the Netherlands the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ) supervises medicines; in Belgium that is the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAGG). Research peptides are not registered medicines and Vitality Peps supplies them exclusively for laboratory research, not for human or animal use. Belgium applies stricter rules than the Netherlands.
