These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vitalitypeps.com ("Vitality Peps", "we", "us"), operated from the European Union. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Research-use-only products
All compounds sold by Vitality Peps are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, in vivo investigative use, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic application. Misuse is prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- You confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory representative, or otherwise legally entitled to handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for verifying that importation, possession and use of each compound is lawful where you are located.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are in Euros (€). We ship only to the 27 EU countries and Monaco, so parcels do not incur import duties. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect misuse, fraud or non-compliance with these Terms.
4. Payment
Orders may be completed through our secure online checkout or crypto checkout gateway. An order is confirmed after payment is received and verified.
5. Shipping and risk
Products are dispatched from Spain or the Netherlands within 24 hours on working days and delivered in 1 to 4 working days to the 27 EU countries and Monaco. Title and risk pass to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping and Refund policies for details.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitality Peps' total liability connected with an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for loss caused by use contrary to the research-only purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, photography and copy belong to Vitality Peps and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the competent Spanish courts, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer rights in your country of residence.
