We ship to the 27 EU countries and Monaco: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden and Monaco. Your parcel stays inside the EU customs territory, so there is no customs clearance and no import duty. We do not ship outside the EU, for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or the United States.

Returns and replacements
Opened research compounds cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it without charge.
