How do I know the purity is real?
Every peptide batch is tested by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party lab. The batch number, test date and measured purity are shown on the product page, and the full report is available in the lab results section.
Will my order clear customs in my country?
We ship from inside the European Union, so parcels stay within the single market and are not subject to import clearance. We have not had customs problems on EU shipments, and if a parcel is ever stopped it is covered by our Vital Guarantees reship.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
It is covered by Vital Guarantees. If your parcel is not delivered within 10 working days, or is lost or stopped in transit, we reship it once, free, no questions asked.
Do the compounds survive shipping without refrigeration?
Yes. Our compounds are freeze-dried (lyophilised), which makes them stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit. Refrigerate on arrival, and store reconstituted material at 2-8°C.
How should I store the vials?
Lyophilised vials should be stored at -20°C, away from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, store at 2-8°C and use within the recommended window for that compound.
Where do you ship to, and what does it cost?
We ship only to the 27 EU countries and Monaco. Orders dispatch from Spain or the Netherlands within 24 hours on working days and arrive in 1 to 4 working days. Shipping from €10. Tracked and express delivery are available at checkout. Free standard shipping from €200 after discount.
Is the packaging discreet?
Discreet packaging: plain outer box, no product names or branding on the outside. A neutral billing name on your card statement, no product names.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bancontact, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, Visa, Mastercard and crypto. All transactions are processed securely.
Are these products for human use?
No. All compounds sold by Vitality Peps are strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
How long does shipping take?
Ships from Spain or the Netherlands within 24 hours on working days. Delivery in 1 to 4 working days within the EU and Monaco.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 27 EU countries and Monaco: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden and Monaco. Your parcel stays inside the EU customs territory, so there is no customs clearance and no import duty. We do not ship outside the EU, for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or the United States.
What is your return policy?
Opened research compounds cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced without charge.
Do I need a licence to purchase?
Our peptides are sold strictly for in-vitro research. Buyers must confirm that products will not be used for human consumption and must follow local law.
